Embroidery immediately creates an impression of quality and style. It can make your business look professional and is our most popular choice of decoration.

Embroidery is the process of sewing a digitised design onto garments. Designs are made up from artwork, printed pictures, letterheads or business cards.

Make yourself stand out from the competition with our embroidery.
An embroidery disc will be made from your artwork, for this there is a one-off set up cost. This will be quoted to you on receipt of artwork. You will also see a sample before we embroider anything so you can check that is it exactly what you want.
In our Burton branch we have two one-head embroidery machines – perfect for the smaller orders.

In Nottingham, where our sister company Creative Embroidery Ltd is based, all our embroidery is completed on state of the art embroidery machines by a team of embroiderers with over 50 years of combined experience!
Each product that we supply is individually checked for compliance with our quality standards. Our goal is to ensure that your products are representative of our highest quality service every time.

For certain logos and designs, fusion printing is the best method of decoration on a small number of garments. Solid printing ink is available in a variety of colours and is particularly useful for doing text, names, numbers and simple logos.

It is a brilliant way of producing simple larger designs, with an A4 print being possible. Fusion printing can be done in more than one colour but the colours are separate, as overlapping of colours or faded designs cannot be reproduced by this method. There is no set up cost for fusion printing logos but customers will be required to supply their own artwork.

These methods are used for putting designs onto accessories such as mugs or full-colour designs onto garments.

Great examples of this are photos, which can be put on T-shirts, mugs and mousemats to name a few

In our experience, full colour designs are often better on white garments. All work undertaken will be quoted on receipt of suitable artwork. At Creative Wear we are passionate about personalisation and we are always happy to advise customers on the most suitable method of decoration. Why not check out our extensive range of products, you'll be guaranteed quality for less than you think!

This is the best method of printing for bulk orders, or designs that are too complicated or intricate for fusion printing.

Often when a logo or design has lots of different colours or shades, this is the only method of printing.

When placing your order, we will advise you on the best method of decorating your garments.
There is a set up charge for screenprinting, as a new screen has to be made for every colour that is in the design. An artwork charge will apply and will be quoted on receipt of artwork. There is a minimum order of 50 units when using screen printing, with a minimum of 25 being printed in the same colour.

Not all designs or artwork are suitable for screen printing or fusion printing and at Creative Wear, we are happy to assess the suitability of your artwork to determine which method is best to use.

Your image is our business.
