How do I set up an embroidery design?
When you have decided on your artwork/design please forward it to us at email@example.com in a JPEG/PDF/PNG format. Our Digitiser will then work out how many stitches your design will require – we can then provide a quote and once confirmed we will produce a sample for your approval.
How much will it cost to set this up? *
There is an initial one off set up charge and will depend on your design. Cost is therefore variable and we can provide individual quotes upon request.
Is there a charge for setting up a Print?
Generally, there is no charge for a print to be set up – providing your design is in a suitable high-quality format e.g. JPEG, PNG, EPS, PDF. A charge will be made if we need to spend time on adjusting/redesigning your artwork.
What does the price include?
Prices quoted include a left breast embroidery up to 10,000 stitches or a single print in one position. More complex decoration may require an additional cost (quote on request). Extra logos/prints will start from £3.00+vat.
A selection of garments/accessories are priced as plain, as they may not be suitable for decoration. We will advise you on this when placing your order.
There are no prices in the catalogue?
A separate price list is available on request – the total overall price depends on the unique requirements of our customers.
Do your prices include VAT?
Our prices exclude VAT, except for items listed for sale in our online shop which include VAT. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to ask, as we are more than happy to help.
NB. No VAT is charged on children’s sizes up to and including age 12/13yrs.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Single items can be ordered from our main catalogue. From our Portwest/Uneek catalogues there is a minimum order of 6 items.
Can all items be embroidered or printed?
There are some items which may not be suitable for decoration, but we can advise upon receiving your order.
We are unsure of the sizes we need? Do you have any size samples?
Size samples from our main catalogue can usually be provided. This is advisable as once printed/embroidered, items cannot be changed if they are not suitable.
NB. All samples must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The customer will be responsible for the return of all samples in perfect condition and original packaging, failure to do so will result in the items being invoiced for the full amount.
Can you embroider/print on items that I have purchased myself? How much would it cost?
We can embroider/print on most supplied items providing they are new and have not been worn or washed. However, we cannot guarantee the quality of the decoration as such items will differ in materials from our recommended garments that have been tried and tested.
Please Note from Jan 2018 – A minimum of £5.00 +vat is charged per print/embroidery (up to 10,000 stitches) for quantities of 1- 20 inclusive. Quantities of 21 + will be £4.00 +vat. (*initial embroidery set up fee applies).
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Once we have all the necessary information and received your ordered items from our supplier(s), we will endeavour to complete the work within 10-14 working days. We will try our best to complete all orders in the quickest time possible. If you have a specific deadline date, please let us know when placing your order.
Where can I find Trophies/Medals?
Separate Trophy catalogues are available with a huge range of awards for all sporting activities. Please have a look online, call in, or contact us with your requirements. There are also samples to see in our showroom.
What about Football kits?
We are the areas main supplier of Joma Sportswear. We can also supply other brands e.g. Nike, Stanno.
The Joma catalogue is available to view on our website or you can call in or email us for a copy.
We have many all-inclusive kit offers which include left breast embroidery*, a printed sponsor and numbers. (*embroidery set up fee applies) – please contact us for details/quote.
Do you sell Sporting Accessories?
All your sporting requirements are available to order. Contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to supply what you need.
Can I collect my order?
You are welcome to call in to the Burton on Trent showroom to pick up your order Free of Charge during office hours.
Can I have my order delivered?
Single items/small orders can be posted, or we can arrange a courier to deliver larger items to you. Please ask for details of postal/delivery charges when ordering.
When are you open?
Trading Hours are: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Saturday 10 am – 1pm Closed Sunday
