Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Sale set out the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.creativewear.co.uk to you. By accessing our website you are agreeing to follow and abide by the terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions herein are also applicable for items purchased directly from ourselves either by phone, email or in person. These may be revised by us at any time . (Last updated 23/04/2018)
Please read them carefully each time before ordering any products. These Terms of Sale also tell you what to do if there is a problem and other important information (also refer to our FAQs).
If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale you must not order any product through our site or from our Company.

www.creativewear.co.uk is the website operated by Creative Wear & Embroidery Ltd. Company number 9121056 registered in the UK. Registered office is Unit 7 Northside Business Park, Hawkins Lane, Burton on Trent, DE141DB. VAT number is 202109177.
By following the ordering process on our website to create an order you are agreeing to pay in full before we process your order. If your order is accepted by us payment will be accepted by a secure payment gateway. All prices are quoted in £GBP and VAT is shown where applicable.
Most items purchased from us directly by phone, email or in person are quoted without VAT which must be added at the appropriate rate. Payment will be prior to or on collection unless payment terms have been previously set up/agreed (existing customers).
All items ordered are subject to availability . We will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order if, for any reason, the items you have ordered are out of stock or subject to delay.
If personalisation is required please allow 10-14 working days for completion of your order (following the approval of any print/embroidery design). If delivery is required, we will deliver the products you ordered to the delivery address you give when you make your order. If any of the details or address you give are incorrect we will not be liable for any items which you do not receive as a result. If we then have to redeliver your items to a different address this will incur a redelivery charge. You may specify a different delivery address to your billing address in the ordering process. We will make every effort to deliver your order on the specified day, however, we cannot guarantee delivery or accept liability as third party delivery services may have issues beyond our control.
A delivery charge is payable for postage/courier service.
If you do not receive your items after 14 working days please contact us and we will look into it for you.
You can also collect your order for FREE from our Burton on Trent shop, Unit 7 Northside Business Park, Hawkins Lane, Burton on Trent, DE141DB. This option can be selected online at the time of ordering.
Personalised items are exempt from the right to cancel.
If you need to cancel an order for non-personalised items please do so as soon as possible within 5 working days and before your goods have been dispatched. * If the order has already been dispatched please follow the Returns policy below.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase(s), if however you are not then please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
If you wish to return the item(s) to us by post it is your responsibility to insure the value of the goods as we will not be responsible for items lost/damaged in transit. You can also return items in person directly to our Burton on Trent shop.
*If you cancel your order but you still receive your items you must return the goods to us in perfect condition at your own expense within 28 days of delivery. If you fail to return them we will collect the items and charge you the cost of collection. If items are damaged they must be paid for.
If you wish to return an item due to an error on our part or if goods are faulty you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will happily refund the full value of the item and postage costs, (NB. This does not include misspelling by you or an error on a sample/design approved by you.) Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, phone or call in and provide your original order details with reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.
Reasons we are unable to accept some returns/refunds:
- Any personalised products (once decorated these cannot be resold by us so will not be accepted for return, this includes if you have ordered the wrong size)
- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order if the item has already been decorated.
- You have approved a sample/design with a mistake in it and this has been used to create your decoration
- Refunds will not be given for garments where damage has occurred to printed items which have been cared for incorrectly eg. washed at high temperatures/ironed/left on a hot radiator.
We will try to be accurate with our product descriptions and prices, however if a product or price error has been made by us we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and issue a refund.
Prices are subject to change.
Please be aware that colours may differ slightly from those shown on the website/catalogue. Sizes are given as a guide only. Please order the correct size as if decorated/personalised, items cannot be returned and must be paid for.
If you are able to call in to our shop in Burton on Trent we can usually get a size sample for you to try if you are unsure of your size. Please contact us to order this for you if required. Samples will not be posted out unless you agree to pay postage for this service and for their return.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Package Deals
• All garments are subject to availability
• Garments in the package deal cannot be substituted/changed for alternatives
• Personalised or wrongly sized items are non-returnable
• Additional items will be charged at the current retail price
• Price includes 1 printed or embroidered left breast size logo (up to 10 000 stitches).
• Additional logos will be charged at current retail price.
• Offer end date as stated.
We will print the artwork you supply us. When uploading or emailing us any artwork you give Creative Wear & Embroidery Ltd full consent to print the artwork or designs. You confirm that the artwork is yours to use, and/or free from copyright infringement and accept full responsibility if there is a breach of copyright infringement and will fully indemnify Creative Wear & Embroidery Ltd.
By emailing us or uploading artwork, and upon payment, you accept this artwork disclaimer in full.
Direct To Garment Printing – variance & white underlay condition
When placing an order for DTG printing you accept that this is relatively new technology and is dependent on ‘computer controlled output’.
Artwork files are checked by our print technicians for quality purposes, but ultimately a computer machine reads these colours and translates these colours into ink that gets jetted directly into the fabric. DTG output is, therefore, subject to variance. This means when printing the same design several times it may not appear as sharp on one garment as another.
Additionally, it may appear different on one garment to another garment due to colours and materials reacting differently to the inks. Sometimes small speckles of white underlay ink can be seen on dark garments, this is most often due to sub quality artwork.
