We can print your text, logo or design onto a wide variety of items including Football Shirts, T Shirts, Hoodies, Leavers Hoodies, Workwear, Hi Vis, Gifts, Umbrellas, etc for you in a variety of colours/finish.
We can also print vinyl STICKERS for you – send us your design and sizing and we will be happy to quote.
A description of our Printing methods below highlights the differences between them.
We will, of course, advise you on the most appropriate print method depending on your design and chosen item(s).
All images must be free of any copyright.
Our lead time for Printed items is usually 10 working days. During busy periods this may be more.
We can sometimes print an item for you in a shorter time period if you have an urgent deadline, please ask as it all depends on our workload at the time.
We are often asked for same day printing, whilst we will do our best, we cannot guarantee to print while you wait.
Vinyl Printing (Heat Press)
For a bright, vibrant finish, Heat Press Vinyl Printing is a great choice, with a variety of ink finishes available eg. glitter, flourescent etc.
Used for Football Shirts, Stag/Hen Do, Running Shirts,Workwear/Hi Vis etc
The final result of Printing onto garments depends on the the best available artwork being provided by the customer in the highest print resolution possible, preferably a PDF/PNG/EPS or a JPEG format, (please ensure your image is not subject to copyright).
If a high resolution image cannot be found then, at a small charge, we offer a redraw service for your artwork.
Sublimation Printing
The image is transferred using a colour printer onto special paper and heat pressed onto the fabric. This method is suitable for one off photo quality images. We are only able to offer this method on Light coloured/White Polyester fabric. The print may not last as long as other methods.
Used for one off photo images/designs
Screen Printing
For larger quantities screen printing is available and produces a longer lasting print.
This is often our preferred method for Leavers Hoodies when ordered in large quantities.
A Screen set up fee is payable for each colour required in the design. Please ask for a quote.
Direct to Film (DTF)
This is the latest print style on the market, established in the US but now becoming increasingly popular in the UK since 2020.
It allows for detailed logos to be printed onto a wider range of fabrics.
Currently we can offer this print style if you have a larger number of items to be printed. Alternatively, if you only have a few items, we can group your order with other orders – however, this may delay the order slightly.
If you wish us to print items you have purchased from elsewhere please read below.
Working in the printing and embroidery industry, we understand why you may want to bring in your own garments for us to print or embroider. Please find below a little information so you can make an informed choice before having garments printed or embroidered with us to avoid any additional costs.
By choosing to leave your garments with us you agree that, should any mishaps occur during the decoration process, we cannot be held responsible for the cost of damage to the garments. Items purchased from us are tried and tested and able to be replaced, customer supplied items are not and are occasionally liable to unforeseen issues during printing/embroidery so are left at your own risk.
- All garments must be new, unwashed and unworn
- All packaging needs to be removed, eg. cardboard inserts, labels, stickers.
- Garments may not be re bagged individually after decoration. If this is required additional charges may be applied.
- Garments must be clear of debris that will affect the printing process such as dirt/cat/dog hair, etc.
- Information of garment material is required. (eg. – 100% Cotton)
- Not all garments can be printed/embroidered due to zips/pockets etc or simply because of the material.
